Short Bio: Kristine Carlson Asselin is an author from Massachusetts. She is the author of OUR SUN, STARS, WHO REALLY DISCOVERED AMERICA, AND TAURUS, VIRGO, & CAPRICORN: ALL ABOUT THE EARTH SIGNS from Capstone Press. Her short story "The Knight In Tan Khakis" was published in Golfer Girl Magazine in December 2008. Her picture book THE WORST CASE OF PASKETTI-ITIS will be published by 4RV Publishing in 2015. Program Info

Program Descriptions: Kindergarten through high school--K & 1 will discuss picture books, 2-5 will discuss nonfiction middle grade, 6 and up will discuss YA fiction. Discussion about creative writing and publishing process. Will work w/ teachers and administrators to develop customized program for grade level.
Program Pricing: $350 per day for regular program (includes three sessions, each approximately 45 minutes long) + travel (if more than 20 miles). Negotiable fee for individual classroom visits.
Audience Levels: Lower Elementary; Upper Elementary; Middle School; High School
