Christine is the illustrator for Write Out of the Oven! by Josephine Waltz, published by Teacher Ideas Press, 2005. Grades 5-8. A collection of letters and recipes from more than 50 well-known and award-winning children's authors. Write Out of the Oven! Recently received a nice review from the Parents Choice Foundation Bon Appetite Reading List.
In 2002, Christine signed a licensing/marketing contract for four of her holiday images as greeting cards with Courage Cards/Exclusive Cards. As a children's author, Christine has one non-fiction short true story, Standing Up, that was published, in Chicken Soup for the Child's Soul Character-Building Stories to Read with Kids Ages 5-8, May 2007. Christine is corrently working on her first picture book, and a few other children's stories.
