The Massachusetts Library Association has just opened the following event to adults outside the library community, and it may be of interest to SCBWIers...
Rick Riordan: Mythology and Magic in the Classroom
Rick Riordan will discuss how his years as a teacher, his love of mythology, and his son's struggles with learning differences combined to form the #1 New York Times bestselling Percy Jackson & the Olympians series.
Rick is also the author of The 39 Clues: The Maze of Bones, another #1 New York Times bestseller. He lives in San Antonio with his wife and two sons, and is a full-time writer.
